If you are starting to think about your grad’s party, here is everything you need to know to pull it off without the stress.
Step 1: Start With the Venue
We know how quickly graduation dates fill up, which is why we always encourage families to reach out to us as early as possible. Once you have your venue confirmed, everything else falls into place. Give us a call at 330-755-1484 and we will walk you through availability and get you on the calendar.
Step 2: Take Advantage of Our Graduation Package
We built our 2026 Graduation Party Special with parents in mind. For just $26.95 per person, which is already inclusive of the 21% service charge and 7.5% sales tax, we take care of the big stuff so you can focus on celebrating.
Here is what is included in every graduation package:
- A full customizable buffet dinner
- Coffee and tea station
- Soft drink station
- Your choice of white, ivory, or black linens with a colored napkin
- Lighting of your display table
- A 3-hour event window
A few things to plan for: security is required for all graduation events at $45 per deputy per hour, with two deputies required for guest lists over 250. We want every event to run smoothly, and our security requirement helps us make sure of that.
Step 3: Choose Your Menu
One of the things our guests love most is how much say they have in the menu. We want the food to feel like yours, not just a standard banquet spread. Here is how it works:
Choose one boneless chicken entree:
- Chicken Marsala with Fresh Spinach, Mushrooms, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- Rosemary Bourbon Glazed Chicken with Caramelized Onions
- Champagne Thyme Chicken
- Lemon Chicken with Spinach and Roasted Red Peppers
- Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Chicken in Sherry Wine
- Italian Crumb Crusted Chicken
Choose one pasta entree:
- Penne with Meatballs
- Penne with Vodka Sauce
Choose one potato:
- Oven Roasted Redskins
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Au Gratin Potatoes
- Scalloped Potatoes
- Rice Pilaf
Choose one vegetable:
- Green Beans Almondine
- Whole Kernel Buttered Corn

Step 4: Make It Personal
We take care of the food, the linens, the beverages, and the space. The rest is all you, and that is the fun part. We love seeing families set up display tables filled with photos, bring in a graduation cake, and fill the room with the people who mean the most to their grad.
